Pastor Larry D. and his wife, Lady Shaneil, began leading in 2006.  Changing Lives Ministries Church, Inc. began in the year of 2009 in Louann, Arkansas, after Pastor Larry D. felt led to change the name of the church to Changing Lives Ministries based on 2nd Corinthians 5:17.  The ministry stayed strong as the Lord began to reveal to Pastor Larry D. His will for the ministry.  Being a man of prayer, Pastor Larry D., began to seek God for his direction. The spirit then reminded Pastor of the prophecy which was given to him through his Spiritual Father, Apostle Alphonso Montgomery, in the year of 2007.   That prophecy soon become a reality! In 2010 the Holy Sprit prompted Pastor Larry D. and directed him to move CLM to the city of El Dorado.  Pastor Larry D. was in shock because he and his wife were making plans to move a different city.  As pastor began to communicate this to his wife, she was very supportive and wanted her husband to obey God.

As the Lord began to lead him, Pastor Larry D. began revealing the vision to the membership.    Along with Pastor and Lady Shaneil, the founding Disciples of CLM were an important part of this new vision!  Pastor, along with the leadership of the church, began searching for a location to have services and also a home for the CLM family.  On November 27th at 10 a.m. CLM held its first service in El Dorado at the Village Outreach Facility, El Dorado, Arkansas.  As Pastor and the membership continued to trust God, the church was blessed to purchase a worship center in only a few short months, on January 12th, 2012.

Pastor Larry D. is not just a devoted husband and father, but he is a lover of ministry and serving people.  Over the years, he has served in many areas of ministry including evangelism, outreach, and youth.  Pastor Larry D. has also earned his Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies and his Bachelor's of Theology Degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA.  He has humbly served as a Senior Pastor since 2006 and is the Founder of Changing Lives Ministries Church of El Dorado, AR.
